Returns Policy
Every print is made to order, by hand, in our Wirral studio. If something isn't right when it arrives, here is exactly where you stand.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with your prints, simply return them to us and we will refund the cost of your prints.
Errors on our part
If there is an error made in your prints, we will replace free of charge.
Reprints
If you are unhappy with the look of the prints, but we have completed the order correctly; correct size and media, then reprints are charged at cost price plus shipping.
Order Agreement
Although we try our best to balance images appropriately, there is no way for us to know what the image looks like on your device. By placing an order, you accept that there may be variation between the digital image and the paper print produced.
